This is my still-life drawing, we took 3 class days to work on it. We had to pick 3 objects that mean something to us and use composition, line quality, and the 6 parts of life
I picked my phone cause I use it almost every day. I picked the eraser and books cause they represent school. I pick the rubik's cube to show my enjoyment of solving. I love solving mysteriess, puzzles, and etc.
One Point Perspective
This is my one point perspective drawing, we took 3 class days to work on it. We had to take/choose a photo we thought would be a good one point perspective. We needed to have all the lines on the paper be horizontal, vertical, or go straight to the vanishing point. We also needed line quality and the values.
The picture I choose was a tunnel. I choose it because it looks interesting. Especially the circles/ovals I need to create. I added the boxes to not just have an empty tunnel. I think I should have added maybe a bench or a person to make it look like it was a tunnel you would find in real life.
I did really well on the values I got a big range of lights and darks. You can see my vanishing point. My horizon line is kinda visible, and the wood floor looks amazing. I feel like my tunnel looks good especially if you back away from the picture. And I hope I make more one-point perspective in the future.
