This is my still-life drawing, we took 3 class days to work on it. We had to pick 3 objects that mean something to us and use composition, line quality, and the 6 parts of life
I picked my phone cause I use it almost every day. I picked the eraser and books cause they represent school. I pick the rubik's cube to show my enjoyment of solving. I love solving mysteriess, puzzles, and etc.
Self Portrait
This is my self-portrait drawing, we took 3 class days to work on it. We had a mirror and we had to draw ourselves on the paper from real life. We needed to have facial proportions correct to our face. We also needed line quality and all the values.
I like how I look because it almost looks exactly like me. What I think went well, was the proportions. I think my face is well proportioned. I also think that my values are on point. I have the values from 1-10 all throughout my paper. The facial features look realistic too.
What I think I can improve on is the hair. I think I need to make it more realistic and I need more lines than one solid color. Other than that, I am proud of my self-portrait.
